Miscarriage Pox

Blood thinner (baby aspirin) + acupuncture needles = very bad bruises all over your body (okay, technically along certain meridians) that are about the size of a pencil eraser

I look like some sort of training pin cushion for new phlebotomists.

Every condition needs a name, right?  I propose the name “miscarriage pox.”  The cure is a healthy baby.

Oh that sucks, esp. during summer! I am on baby aspirin and do acupuncture as well, but I haven’t had the bruising you describe.

However, it if brings a new pregnancy with a healthy baby, I am all for catching a case of miscarriage pox.

In a rationalist universe, this makes no sense whatsoever, but I believe you have truly earned beaucoup baby karma for your heroics yesterday at the close. You made Pepito feel like he was the center of the universe, and kept him smiling and laughing for TWO AND A HALF HOURS IN THE LAWYER’S OFFICE. People, this lady has a way with babies!!

If I didn’t believe it before, now I am totally convinced – it’s not a matter of if, but when. And that baby will be so lucky to find a home with you and husband (that awesome man needs a blog-moniker!).

    THANK YOU!
